Introduction

Welcome to encompasslife.com (the "Website"). This Website is owned and operated by MCS Coaching & Consulting LLC, doing business as Encompass Life ("Encompass Life," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions also apply to how-to-wow.com and encompass-u.com.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Website or purchasing any program, session, or service. By using the Website or making a purchase, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website. In addition, when you use any of our current or future services, you will also be subject to our guidelines, terms, and agreements applicable to those services.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Section 02

Scope of Services

Encompass Life provides transformational coaching, educational programs, and live events, both virtual and in-person. Our offerings include — but are not limited to — online classes, workshops, in-person retreats, private coaching, facilitator training, and leadership development. Methods include the proprietary Quantum Leap Technique™ (QLT), spiritual coaching, and conscious language work.

All services are designed to support personal and spiritual growth, emotional clarity, and alignment with truth and purpose. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health condition.

Section 03

Fees & Payment

All programs, sessions, and courses are prepaid and processed through our official website: www.encompasslife.com. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Zelle, wire transfer, and other payment processors integrated with our site.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable but may be transferred in accordance with the policies outlined in Section 8.
• Missed sessions without at least 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
• Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be marked as a missed session and forfeited without credit.

Section 04

Confidentiality

All information shared by the Client within the scope of coaching or training is held in strict confidentiality. We honor and protect your privacy and will not share your information without consent, except where required by law.

Section 05

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, digital downloads, and software — is the property of Encompass Life or our licensors, protected by United States and international copyright laws.

All materials provided through Encompass Life — including course content, PDFs, recordings, video content, frameworks, and the Quantum Leap Technique™ — are the sole property of Encompass Life, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names appearing on this Website are proprietary to Encompass Life or our licensors. Unauthorized use automatically terminates any license granted to you.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of this Website for your own non-commercial purposes only. You may not frame, data-mine, scrape, or commercially exploit any content without express written consent.

Section 06

Communication Policy

Clients are welcome to contact the Encompass Life team via email or other agreed-upon methods for logistical or follow-up questions. Communication is monitored regularly and responses will be provided in a timely and respectful manner.

Section 07

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Our refund policy reflects a commitment to supporting your growth with ease. In most cases, funds transfer to other classes or services of your choice rather than being refunded outright.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be rescheduled upon request.
• Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are considered used and will not be rescheduled.

Detailed transfer schedules for each program type are listed in Section 8 below.

Section 08

Transfer & Cancellation Schedules

Body Electronics

This class requires pre-arranged teams and advance investment in coaching, supplements, food, and lodging on behalf of participants.

• Canceling 30 days or more before first session: 75% of investment transfers.
• Canceling fewer than 30 days before first session: 50% transfers.
• Canceling after the virtual portion has begun: 30% transfers.

Immersion & Live Presence Events (excluding Body Electronics)

• Canceling 14 days or more before class begins: full payment transfers.
• Canceling fewer than 14 days before class begins: 75% transfers.

Online Classes

• Canceling before class has begun: full amount transfers.
• Canceling after class has begun — 1/4 or fewer classes completed: 60% transfers.
• Canceling when 1/4 to 1/2 of classes are completed: 40% transfers.
• Canceling when more than half of classes are completed: no funds transfer.

Coaching Calls

• Canceled with more than 48 hours' notice: full amount transfers to next call.
• Canceled with fewer than 24 hours' notice: one grace cancellation is granted. After the grace cancellation, a $100 cancellation fee may apply.

Packages

Upfront payment is required to obtain package pricing. Packages typically include both live and virtual classes and are designed for those fully committed to their development. Refunds are only granted in a genuine emergency. If a class is missed, attendance at a future session is available, though an additional investment may be required for catch-up coaching.

When Body Electronics is included in a package:

• Canceling Body Electronics more than 30 days before class: 25% of BE retail price is owed to reschedule.
• Canceling fewer than 30 days before class: 50% of BE retail price is owed to reschedule.
• Canceling after the virtual portion has begun: 70% of BE retail price is owed to reschedule.

Advanced Classes

Upfront payment is required. Advanced Classes are designed for those committed to leading, excelling, and developing as coaches. No refunds are extended for this class. In the event of an emergency, please contact an Encompass Life team member directly.

General Notes

• If a class date is changed by Encompass Life, all attendees may transfer to the next available class or a later class of their choosing. Additional accommodations may be offered.
• In cases of genuine emergency, please contact our offices as early as possible. We are committed to finding a solution aligned with your needs.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees that Encompass Life is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our services.

Results depend on each Client's commitment and willingness to engage. Encompass Life makes no guarantees of outcome, and the Client holds full responsibility for their decisions and actions.

Section 10

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be subject to good-faith mediation in the State of Florida. If mediation is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Section 11

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Section 12

Agreement Acknowledgement

By purchasing or participating in any Encompass Life program, class, or session, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Your continued participation affirms your understanding, integrity, and alignment with this Agreement.

Section 13

AI Disclosure

AI-assisted content may include, but is not limited to:

• Website copy, program descriptions, and marketing materials
• Email campaigns and social media content
• Visual content suggestions and design assistance
• Administrative and operational support documents

Human Oversight. All AI-assisted content is subject to human review and editing before publication. This review process does not guarantee complete accuracy. Users should independently verify important information before relying on it.

No Warranties. Encompass Life makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-assisted content. All such content is provided for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice.
