If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the Website. In addition, when you use any of our current or future services, you will also be subject to our guidelines, terms, conditions and agreements applicable to those services. If these Terms of Use are inconsistent with the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to those services, these Terms of Use will control.

2. PRIVACY AND YOUR ACCOUNT

We may sell products for children, but sell them to adults who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

All content contained on the Website (collectively, “Content“), such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors or licensees, and the compilation of the Content on the Website is our exclusive property, protected by United States and international copyright laws, treaties and conventions. All software used on the Website is our property or the property of our software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws, treaties and conventions.

Any trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos, page headers, icons, scripts and trade names (each, a “Mark“) contained on the Website are proprietary to us or our licensors or licensees. Our Marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users or that disparages or discredits us or anyone else. All other Marks not owned by us that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us.

5. REFUND POLICIES*

Our refund policy reflects the commitment to have your upgrades occur with ease. Funds can be transferred to other classes or services of your choice. Transfers will be allowed in the percentage of payment made in accordance with the time frames listed below for each class. Our refund policy per event is listed below.

Relationship ICU*
Client must have completed the entire video training, attended and actively participated in all five live sessions in the first 28 days after purchase and diligently followed the guidance of the session leaders. If so, complete refund available during the first week after completion and until 40 days after purchase.

Body Electronics*
This class requires organization of teams of a specific number of people. Plus, EL invests in coaching, supplements, food and lodging on your behalf. Therefore, the following schedule is offered:

-Canceling 30 days or more before first online session, 75% of your investment will transfer.
-Canceling 30 days or less before first online session, 50% of your investment will transfer. 
-Cancellation once the virtual portion of class has started, 30% of your investment will transfer.

Immersion & Live Presence Events (excluding BE)*
-Canceling 14 days or more before class begins, full amount of payment will transfer.
-Canceling 14 days or less before class begins, 75% will transfer.

Online Classes*
-Canceling before class has begun, full amount will transfer.
-Canceling after class has begun: -¼ or less of classes have taken place, 60% will transfer.
-Canceling when ¼ – ½ of classes have taken place, 40% will transfer.
-Canceling when more than half of classes have taken place, no funds will transfer.

Coaching Calls* 
If canceled with more than 48 hours notice, full amount transfers to the next call. If less than 24 hours notice, 1 grace cancellation will be given. After grace cancellation, $100 cancellation fee may be charged. 

Packages*
 Upfront payment is required to obtain the package savings we offer. Packages typically include both live presence and virtual classes.
These packages are designed for people really committed to living Life to their fullest potential and require full-on commitment and participation. Men and women that complete our training have skills in self-development, mentorship, and coaching that are rare. Make sure you are committed to all classes in any package. Refunds are only granted in an emergency. If you require to miss a class, you can attend another one. Since our classes build on one another there may be an additional investment required to cover coaching costs associated with catching up the participant. Thus, we offer packages on classes taken sequentially.

 
When Body Electronics (BE) is included, the policy is as follows:

-Canceling Body Electronics more than 30 days before, student owes 25% of retail price of BE to reschedule class.
-Canceling Body Electronics less than 30 days before class begins, student owes 50% of BE retail price to reschedule.
-Canceling Body Electronics after virtual portion has begun, student owes 70% of BE retail price to reschedule.

Advanced Class*
Upfront payment on this class is required. This class is for those who choose to lead and excel in their life and desire to become a legendary coach. Each man and woman will face their current limitations and transform them into their strengths. No refunds are given for this class. If an emergency arises, speak with an EL team member.

*If a class is moved to another date, all attendees can transfer to the next class or a later class of their choosing.  MCS may offer special extras to accommodate the inconvenience of the attendee.

*In cases of true emergency, please contact MCS offices at your earliest available time by phone to negotiate special considerations for your situation. MCS is committed to finding a solution in accordance with our clients’ requirements.
